These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website and services of Mytripflite LLC, operating as mytripflite.com (“MyTripFlite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By using MyTripFlite, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are booking travel only for yourself or for someone you are authorized to represent.
Our Role
MyTripFlite acts solely as a travel intermediary. We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, or other travel providers. All bookings are subject to the terms, fare rules, and policies of the respective suppliers.
Bookings & Payments
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and tickets are issued. If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Most tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable unless permitted by the airline’s fare rules. Airline penalties, fare differences, and a service fee may apply. Additional services, including Ticket Protection, are non-refundable after the 24-hour grace period.
Fare Lock & Price Match
Fare Lock allows you to hold a quoted fare for up to 24 hours, subject to availability. Price Match requests must be submitted within 24 hours of booking and must meet exact itinerary-matching requirements.
Baggage & Travel Requirements
Baggage allowances vary by airline and fare type. Travelers are responsible for verifying baggage rules, passport validity, visas, health requirements, and check-in deadlines.
Ticket Protection
Optional Ticket Protection plans provide limited coverage for qualifying medical events, delays, or cancellations, subject to plan terms. No-show bookings are not eligible for benefits.
Limitation of Liability
MyTripFlite is not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of travel suppliers, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
Privacy & SMS
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS messages are sent only with your consent, and your SMS data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Delaware courts.
Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
